Hasnain hit ton, Fayyaz grabs 5 wickets as Pakistan disabled cricketer’s wins

KARACHI: Major Hasnain Alam smashed a brilliant century as Pakistan Disabled cricket team overwhelmed Awan CC by 180 runs in tour match at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) on Sunday. Hasanain hammered 12 boundaries and five 6s in his 142 and Jahanzaib Tiawana scored 43 as Pakistan Disable raised 272 for the loss of nine wickets in 40 overs.

Awan CC in reply was bundled out for 90 in 21 overs. Left arm pacer Fayyaz Ahmed snapped-up five wickets for 20 runs.

In the other match, Pakistan Disable cricket team beaten by Frontier CC by 83 runs. All-rounder Sohail Khan starred in his team’s win scoring 32 and taking four wickets for 28 runs to take the man of the match award.

Led by Saleem Karim, Pakistan Disable cricket is touring Malaysia and Singapore for their maiden international trip to play a series of matches during their 10-day tour.
