Hockey World Cup: Pakistan lost second practice match

New Delhi: Pakistan lost world cup second warm up match from Germany by 2-1 in Delhi, India on Friday. According to the information received from Delhi, at the end of the first half the score was 1-1.


Muhammad Irfan scored the only goal on penalty stroke, while both field goals was scored by Withaus from Germany. The second goal was scored from Germany in the last minutes. Manager Pakistan Hockey Team Muhammad Asif Bajwa said that the team played very well but unfortunately Pakistan didn’t succeeded to score the goal.

He hoped that Pakistan will play an excellent game against India in the opening match of the World Cup on 28th February and will bring a good results Inshallah.
