BADMINTON
Karachi , Five Players and One Coach will leave for India through Wagah on the morning of 4th October 2008 at 9:00 am to participate in the world Under-19 Badminton Championship to be held at Pune from 24th October to 2nd November 2008.
Prior to participation in the World Championship the players will receive coaching at Hyderabad- India for two weeks under Asian coaches.
The players are:

Taimur Arab Awais Zahid

This is the second time that Under-19 players are receiving coaching. Boarding & Lodging and Coaching arrangements all paid by Asian Badminton Confederation through the efforts of Syed Naqi Mohsin, Senior Vice President of Pakistan Badminton Federation, who is also Vice president of Asian Badminton Confederation.
Previously the players received three weeks coaching in Malaysia prior to participation in Asian Under-19 Championship in July 2008.
