Karachi : May 04: Asian Hockey Federation has changed the schedule of 8th Asia Cup Hockey Tournament after Sri Lankan team’s pulled out from the tournament.
According to the new schedule Bangladesh transferred to pool A from pool B, along with Malaysia, Korea and Japan, while pool B comprises on three teams Pakistan, India and China. On the first day on 9th May Japan will face Bangladesh, Korea will face Malaysia and Pakistan will face China.
On 10th May Pakistan will face India. On 11th May Japan will face Korea and Malaysia will face Bangladesh. On 12th May China will face India, Korea will face Bangladesh and Malaysia will face Japan. On 14th May 1st team of pool A will meet 2nd team of pool B and 1st team of pool B will face 2nd team of pool A.
On 15th May 3rd team of pool B will face 4th team of pool A. The semi final and final matches will be played on 16th May.
