President of Sports Journalists Association of Sindh (SJAS) Sardar Khan on behalf of the all office bearers and SJAS members , has strongly condemned the cowardly attack on Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore Tuesday morning. In his message the President SJAS said that “ It was the most tragic incident ever happened to any sporting team in Pakistan that was aimed at damaging Pakistan’s image and Pakistan’s cricket in particular. He said that our heart goes with those police officials who gave there lives in order to save the lives of the Sri Lankan cricket team.
The SJAS hopes that Government will do every thing possible to bring the culprits to Justice and that the world cricket community will realize that Pakistan was going through difficult and testing times and that Pakistan cricket will not be left alone in these times of crisis and turbulence.
