Kaneria opts himself out of first Pentangular match

Karachi : Danish Kaneria, Pakistan leading leg-spinner, ruled himself out of the first Pentangular match against Federal Area starting from October 25 at National Stadium Karachi.

"Doctor asked not to practice until the latest reports revels you fully fit," Danish told Cricdb. "However, I will be starting my practice following after my physician advice, meanwhile I am missing my first Pentangular contest."

Kaneria, fractured his finger in Essex's County Championship game against Worcestershire on August 22, and flew back home for the operation, which took place on August 27, and presently he has not recovered completed of the injury.

Defending Champions, Sindh, has been practicing in preparation for the National Pentangular Cup starting from October 25 at Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Islamabad. The following members of the Sindh team had been directed to report to Mehdi Hassan, Manager of Sindh.

Twelve out of fifteen players were participated in a two hour fielding and running practice, while Danish Kaneria, Faisal Athar and Rizwan Ahmad were missing. According to the Sindh coach Jalaluddin trio will be join the camp day after.
